Very fine and rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold and diamond-set wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an integral 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin bracelet.

C. Two-body, polished and brushed, stepped bezel set with round white diamonds, curved band, snap-on back, sapphire crystal. D. White with applied yellow gold bâton indexes and dot minute markers, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, sector for the age of the moon, aperture for the phases of the moon. Yellow gold bâton hands. M. Cal. 1120, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold edged rotor.
