Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No 463819, case No. 300150, circa 1945. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with triple date.
C. massive, polished, teardrop lugs, stepped bezel and band. D. champagne with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + "guilloche" auxiliary seconds dial, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week and the months. "Baton" gold hands. M. 12 1/2 "' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm.
