Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 466395, case No. 303402, circa 1945. Very fine, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph and register.
C. massive, polished, teardrop lugs, stepped bezel. D. matt silver with applied gold indexes and Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Baton " gold hands. M. 13"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm.
