VACHERON AND CONSTANTIN TEAR DROP LUGS YELLOW GOLD Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 451279, case No. 287814. Made in the 1950s. Very fine, center seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with tear drop lugs.

Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, dust cover, teardrops lugs, screw-down case back. Two-tone silver with applied yellow gold round indexes and radial Roman numerals, concentric minute/seconds track. Yellow gold baton hands. Cal. V466/B, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
