VACHERON & CONSTANTIN ? LOZENGE CASE Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 377410, case No. 233688, completed in March 1918, sold on December 14, 1918 in Germany. Very fine and rare lozenge-shaped, 18K yellow gold wristwatch.
C. Polished, hinged back, rounded lugs. D. Matte silver with painted Roman numerals. Blued steel skyscraper hands. M. 9"' rhodium-plated, 16 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, fl at balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 26 x 45 mm.
