Vacheron & Constantin Retailed by Cartier Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, ?Automatic,? No. 554754, case No. 402123, Ref. 6594. Made circa 1965. Fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, inclined bezel, straight lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Satine silver with applied faceted gold baton indexes. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. K1071, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold edged rotor with ruby roller bearings. Dial, case and movement signed Vacheron Constantin, dial signed Cartier and case stamped with Cartier numbers. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 12 mm.
