Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 414994, case No. 257433, started in 1909, completed in 1930 and sold in 1946. Extremely fine and rare, cushion shaped, minute repeater, 18ct white and yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C.shaped, massive, polished, bi-colour. D. mat silver, with applied gold Breguet numerals. "Breguet", gold hands. M. 11-, rhodiumed, 31 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, Breguet balance-spring, repeater on gongs winding by slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 31x31 mm.

It is extremely rare to find a minute repeater watch of this
shape in bi-colour gold, and to our knowledge, it is the
first time that such a watch is offered for sale at auction.
