Extremely fine and important 18K gold double face keyless moon phase astronomical pocket chronometer with perpetual calender, the photocopies of the original certificate, the Geneva observatory certificate and the original receipt of the remittance issued to Mr. Ch. Prischa on 13/2/1885.
Four body massive "bassine et filets" case with engine turned back. Gold glazed cuvette covering the back dial. White enamel dial on the front face with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. White enamel dial on the reverse with small chapters for the months with the leap year cycle, the date, the days of the week, and a moon phase aperture with its age on the border. Extremely fine gilt brass 22"' movement. 21 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance adjusted by G. Reymond, blued steel helical Boudin balance spring with terminal curves. Signed both on the front and the read dial. In very good condition. Diam. 62 mm.
