Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, 18K white gold gentleman`s wristwatch with day, date, power reserve and an 18K white gold Vacheron Constantin ?Ardillon? buckle. Accompanied by a fitted Vacheron Constantin box, certificate and accessories.

Two-tone white gold ?éventail? hands. M.
