Yellow Gold ?Ref. 6378Q? Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, ?Automatic?, No. 583058, case No. 418892, Ref. 6378Q. Made in 1966. Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date. Accompanied by a Certificate of origin.
C. Two-body, polished, inclined bezel and concave lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Silver brushed, ?sunburst?, with applied lapidated yellow gold indexes and date aperture. Yellow gold ?dauphine? hands. M. Cal. K 1072, stamped with the Geneva Seal, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor segment with ruby roller bearings. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 11.5 mm.
