Very fine and unusual, water resistant, hexagonal, 18K yellow gold gentleman?s wristwatch set with 64 trapezoidal-cut sapphires and 82 trapezoidal-cut diamonds and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle set with 13 brilliant-cut diamonds. C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, case back secured with 8 screws, bezel and hinged lugs set with calibrated diamonds and sapphires. D. Yellow gold with alternating rows of diamonds and sapphires. Red ?dauphine? hands. M. Cal. 1016, rhodium-plated, ?fausses-côtes? decoration, 7 jewels, quartz standardization. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 32 x 40 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
