Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 514616, case No. 348892, Ref. 4624. Made in the late 1950s. Fine and rare, thin, oversized 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch, with engine-turned dial.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, concave bezel and lugs. D. Silvered, engine-turned, with applied lapidated gold indexes and Arabic quarters, outer dot minute divisions and subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. P453/3B, rhodiumplated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, shock-absorber, Breguet balance-spring, swanneck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37.5 mm. Thickness: 7.5 mm.
