Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, perpetual calendar, moon phases and 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, case back with screws, stepped bezel, sapphire crystal. D. White with applied pink gold indexes, outer minutes and seconds track with Arabic five minute numerals, auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minute registers, the days of the month, the week, the months and the leap year, aperture for the moon phases. Pink gold ?bâton? hour and minute hands, black seconds and register hands. M. Cal. 1136 QP, 13''', rhodium plated, 38 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm.
