So-called "Yellow Cioccolatone" Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, "Automatic", No. 598773, case No. 421812, Ref. 6440 Q. Made in 1967. Very fine and rare, large, "carré galbé", center seconds, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with jump-type date. Accompanied by the Vacheron & Constantin certificate.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, rounded lugs, domed thick crystal. D. Brushed silver with applied yellow gold and black line baton indexes. Yellow gold "dauphine" hands. M. 12''', Cal. K1072/1, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, straight line lever escapement, beryllium gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold-edged rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 36 x 43 mm. Thickness: 12 mm.
