Ulysse Nardin, Locle, Suisse, Chronometre, No. 29620, case No. 603592, March 1940. Fine silver cased keyless deck-watch with 36 hour power reserve indication, awarded a Bulletin of First Class for the timing contest organised at the Astronomical Observatory of Neuchatel in 1941.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and Up-and-Down scale. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 22"', frosted and gilt, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, brassinvar Guillaume balance, eight adjustments, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve and swan neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition, with copy of the Observatory records. Diam. 64 mm.
