C. Three-piece, massive, ?bassine et filets?, polished, the bezel without glass, the screwed back with milled border engraved with the Navy Registration mark. Double-body mahogany deck box, the brass bowl with glazed screwed bezel. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute and seconds ring with fifths of a second divisions. Blued steel ?spade? hands. M. 22???, frosted and gilt, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with terminal curve and swan-neck micrometer regulator. Signed on the dial, case and movement. Deck box signed and with Hydrographic Services reference numbers. Diam. 56 mm.
