Svend Andersen, Geneve, "Christophorus Colombus", made in 1992. Very fine and rare, waterproof, extra-flat, "World Time", 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with two crowns with fitted box and certificate.
C. massive, polished, on the back an engraved astrolabe, stepped bezel. D. at the centre on a blue lacquered background, the Continents Europe and America depicted in gold and connected with a golden line symbolizing the first voyage of Christopher Colombus, surrounding the map, two revolving matt silver ring dials, motioned by the second crown; one with the 24 nocturnal and diurnal hours, the other one bearing the names of 30 cities in the world. "Dauphine " gold hands. M. with manual winding. Dial and case signed. Diam. 35 mm.
