Rolex, Cosmograph Daytona, so-called "Paul Newman", Ref. 6241, with black bezel, 1970's. Very fine and rare, waterproof, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, satined, screwed back and crown, tachometer graduation on the bezel to 200 units per hour. D. bicolour white and black with applied tritium steel indexes + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers. "Baton" tritium steel hands. M. 13"' rhodium plated, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, antishock system, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.
