Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Officially Certified Chronometer, Ref. 6062, 1950's. Very fine and rare, tonneau shaped, water-resistant, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with triple date and moon phases, with leather strap and 18K yellow gold Rolex buckle.

Ref. 6062 Produced from 1950 to 1953, with 350 examples in yellow gold, 50 examples in pink gold and very few in stainless steel. Very few examples feature dials with star indexes. In the Rolex catalogue of 1953, this reference was called "Cosmograph". The yellow gold model remained in the Rolex catalogue in 1960.
