Rolex, Geneve, Ref. 2305, made in the 1950's. Very fine 18K gold, sapphire, ruby and diamond-set brooch with built-in concealed keyless watch, in original fitted box.

C. Double body, designed as a very fine bouquet of diamond and sapphire and diamond and ruby set flowers, the hinged spring loaded front part disclosing the watch. D. Silver with applied gold indexes. Gold "feuilles " hands. M. 6 "' , nickel plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating balance spring. Signed on the dial, case and movement. Diam. 16 mm. Dim. 71 x 64 mm.
