ROLEX ADVERTISING 16mm.FILM FOR THE DATEJUST AND THE SUBMARINER Rolex promotional advertising movie on Super 11 film. Made circa 1965. Accompanied by a DVD re-transcription of the film as well as a Rolex letter to the Jeweler that ordered it. Featuring two clips lasting 55 seconds each promoting the Datejust and the Submariner. The accompanying Rolex letter states: Here are the two new Rolex 55-second color TV commercials you ordered. Both are on one reel and can easily be processed by your local TV station. The first is one the Datejust, the second on the Submariner. Please remember to provide your local station with copy for your sign-off message for the remaining 5-second portion of each commercial. Perhaps you will want to prepare a color slide of your store logotype which can be telecast while the announcer reads your message. Signed Rolex advertising Department.
