Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold, diamond and blue sapphire gentleman?s wristwatch, with round button chronograph, pavé diamond and sapphire-set dial, baguette sapphire-set bezel, 12 hour and 30 minute registers and an 18K white gold Rolex deployant clasp.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, buttons and a ?Triplock? crown protected by the crown guard, the bezel is set with 24 light blue baguette sapphires, sapphire crystal. D. Entirely pavé diamond-set white gold with blue sapphire-set indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30- minute registers. White gold and black ?baton? hands. M.
