Cal. 1-17/145 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, Patek Philippe patented cam-type micrometric regulator, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 44 mm.
