Elegant 18-carat gold and enamel dress watch. Massive 'bassine pincée' polished case, the back with a painted enamel scene signed: S. Rohr, 1978, after W. R. Jennings, depicting whild horses, running on the sea side. Mat silver dial with applied gold indexes and subsidiary seconds. Gold 'Dauphines' hands. 17- 170 caliber rhodium plated movement, 'faussescôtes' decoration, bearing the Geneva quality mark, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, adjusted to heat and cold isochronism and 5 positions, selfcompensating balance-spring. In mint condition. Diam. 48 mm.
