"Yellow Gold 866" Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 932344, case No. 433521, Ref. 866, retailed by Beyer. Made in the 1960s. Very fine and rare, thin, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch.
C. Two-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished. D. White with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Black "baton" hands. M. Cal. 17-170, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 47 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
