Fine 18K pink gold and ruby keyless presentation pocket watch with a painted portrait on enamel dial.

D. Ivory-colored enamel, bearing the hand-painted portrait of
the King of Saudi Arabia, applied pink gold round and baguette
ruby-set indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold dauphine
hands.
M. Cal. 17-170, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18
jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation
balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck
micrometer regulator.
