Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

Cal. 12???120, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
