"Steel Ref. 565? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 928905, case No. 639898, Ref. 565. Retailed by E. Gübelin, Luzern. Made in the late 1940s. Very fine and rare, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with a stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, anti-magnetic protecting cap, lapidated bezel, concave lugs. D. Two-tone silver with applied steel Arabic numerals and bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Steel "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 12''', rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
