So-called ?Tegolino? Patek Philippe & Co, Genève, No. 839992, case No. 650747, Ref. 425. Made circa 1950. Fine and rare, rectangular curved, platinum and diamond gentleman's wristwatch with a platinum Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, brushed band, polished faceted bezel, straight lugs. D. Matte silver with 3 baguette (0.16 cts) and 8 round (0.10 cts) diamond-set indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold "feuille" hands. M. 9'''90, tonneau, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration,18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balancespring, micrometer adjustment to the regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 20 x 43 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
