Production of this reference started in 1981.Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, the leap year marked in Roman numerals and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives, issued after examination in the Patek Philippe workshops.
