Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1127487, case No. 324346, Ref. 3445/6. Made circa 1970. Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with jump-type date and integral linen-textured 18K white gold Patek Philippe bracelet.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, stepped bezel, integral bracelet. D. Satiné silver with applied white gold bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds, aperture for the jump-type date. White gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27-460, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium plated, "faussescôtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm. Approx. overall length 190 mm.
