?Yellow, ref. 3445? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1121129, case No. 314494, Ref. 3445. Made circa 1962. Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with jump-type date. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back, straight lapidated lugs. D. Satiné silver with applied yellow gold bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds, aperture for the date. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27-460M, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat,cold, isochronism and five positions, shockabsorber, self compensating free-sprung Breguet balancespring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
