?Ref. 3445 Yellow? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1129925, case No. 327084, Ref. 3445. Production of this reference started in 1961. Fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe mesh bracelet.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, straight lapidated lugs. D. Satiné champagne with applied yellow gold bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial, aperture for the date. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
