"White 3445" Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1126160, case No. 323455, Ref. 3445. Made circa 1970. Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with date.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped bezel, lapidated lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Satiné silver with white gold b?ton indexes, outer dot minute markers, subsidiary seconds dial, aperture for the date. White gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
