Yellow Gold ?Ref. 2508 Luminous Dial? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 702668, case No. 676435, Ref. 2508. Made in 1953, sold on December 1, 1953. Very fine and extremely rare, water-resistant, center-seconds, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with luminous dial and hands, and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, flat bezel, concave lugs, and dust protecting cap. D. Matte silver with applied luminous yellow gold bâton indexes. Luminous gold "dauphine" hands, blued steel center-seconds hand. M. 27-SC, stamped twice with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
