The original case was exchanged to the current one by Patek Philippe during service in 1967. Production of this reference started in 1931. Very fine, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with a detachable 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe/Gay Freres bracelet. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives and a Patek Philippe fitted box.

Three-body, solid, polished, flat bezel, concave lugs. Champagne with applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Cal. 12'-120 rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometric regulator.
