Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 200330, case No. 611237, made in 1920, sold on December 7, 1921. Extremely fine and rare, early, horizontal rectangular, 18K yellow gold driver's wristwatch.
C. massive, polished, satined, hinged back, three facet crystal and bezel. D. matt silver with painted Arabic numerals and indexes. "Moderne" blued steel hands. M. 8"' oval, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 28 x 20 mm.
