PATEK PHILIPPE - MONOCHROME WHITE - PLATINUM DRESS WATCH Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneva, Switzerland, movement No. 814832, case No. 413316. Made circa 1932. Very fine, thin, platinum keyless dress pocket watch.
Three-body, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, snap-on back. Brushed silver with applied white gold numerals, outer engraved dot minute divisions, subsidiary guilloche sunk seconds dial. White gold Breguet hands. 35 mm., rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Movement signed.
