Four body massive "demi-bassine" engine-turned case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. Fine 11,5' gilt brass movement with a gold train of wheels, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement "à moustaches", cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a Patek Philippe patented micrometric index.
