Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 197876, case No. 289102, made in 1924, sold on the 26 April 1926 to Mr. Thome Danielley. Extremely fine and rare 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph, register and tachometer.
C. massive, polished, hinged back. D. mat silver with Breguet numerals + auxiliary second and 30 minute register dials at 6 and 12 o'clock, outer tachometer and minutes graduation. "Spade" blued steel hands. M. 13' ébauche by Victorian Piguet, rhodiumed, "fausses-c6tes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring. The winding-crown is also for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
