Very fine and rare 18K pink gold hunting cased keyless minute repeating miniature fob watch. Four body massive "demi bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals. Blued steel "spade" hands. Very rare gilt brass 8.5"movement, 29 jewels, Equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band. Signed Patek Philippe on the dial, Tiffany on the movement. In good condition. Diam. 26 mm.
