?Exceptional Chronograph Work? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 97549, case No. 215443. Made in 1895, sold on May 25th, 1901 to George M. Jewett. Very fine, rare, and important, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K rose gold and polychrome enamel pocket watch with unusual split-seconds chronograph and semi-instantaneous 30-minute register. Accompanied by the original box and Extract from the Archives.

Cal. 19''', maillechort, ?fausses-côtes? decoration, 47 jewels, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, visible chronograph work, very finely finished and unusually designed, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band.
