White enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute ring, outermost chronograph divisions, subsidiary sunk seconds, minute register at 12 o'clock. Gold ?Louis XV? hands. M. 40.5 mm, nickel, straight-line "moustache" lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued-steel Breguet balance spring, 24 jewels, cam-type micrometric regulator.Signed on the dial, case and movement.Diam. 49 mm.

Notes

This watch features a very fine chronograph mechanism, unusual for Patek Philippe. The minute register steel bridge, for instance, is reminiscent of the center bridge in their early pendant watches.
