Very fine and rare, large, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box and certificate of origin.

Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 12''', stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 9 mm.
