?Minute-Repeat - Power reserve? Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 197594, case No. 414722. Made for Tiffany & Co., New York, circa 1920. Very fine and exceptionally rare, thin, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K yellow gold Art Deco dress watch with unusual power-reserve indicator.
C. Three-body, "demi bassine", solid, polished, hinged gold cuvette. D. Satiné silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds dial with concentric up-and-down indication. Yellow gold "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 17"', nickel, "fausses côtes" decoration, 31 jewels, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs via activating slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 46 mm.
