Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 818091, case No. 292404, retailed by Tiffany & Co., New York. Made circa 1929. Very fine and rare, rectangular curved, 18K white gold gentleman's Art Deco wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, brushed and polished, hinged case back, bezel and lugs engraved with laurel leaves. D. Brushed silver with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold "feuille" hands. M. 10''', rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement à moustache, cut bimetallic balance with 8 adjustments, flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 40 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
