Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève., No. 174202, case No. 402945. Made circa 1915. Very fine and rare, very small and slim, 18K yellow gold minuterepeating keyless lady?s pendant watch. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted wooden box, spare crystal, mainspring and remontoire spring and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, "bassine", polished, concealed hinge, the back cover with inlaid platinum monogram ?DEJ?. D. Gilt with painted black Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, engine-turned center. Blued steel "spade? hands. M. 12''', rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 29 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, calibrated and counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating the hours, quarter hours and minutes with two hammers on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32.5 mm.
