?Le Coeur d?Amour? Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, No. 16219. Made for Sackermann Hessenberg & Co., Francfort s/m, circa 1854. Very fine and rare, 18K gold, red tourmaline and pearl-set heart shaped pendant watch with a heavy frosted gold necklace.
C. Three-body, heart-shaped, the bezels, band, stem and bow set with half-pearls, the front and back covers set with carved heart-shaped domed red tourmalines. Hinged gold cuvette. Necklace with finely chased foliate terminals and clasp. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute indexes, Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 20 x 18 mm., heartshaped, frosted gilt, bar calibre, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement, plain three-arm flat-rim balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed. Dim. 27 x 25 mm.
