Notes

The Chrono-Quartz Seamaster made by Omega was the first hybrid electronic wristwatch in the world. The twofunctions of the digital chronograph and the analogical watch are driven by the same quartz resonator. It is activatedby two 1,35 volt batteries, which provide enough energy for all the watch's functions for at least 15 months, even if thewatch functions constantly. It was created by Raymond Froidevaux in 1975. The project director was Pierre-AndréMeister, and it was launched at the Montreal Olympic Games in 1976. 15,000 examples of this watch were produced.
