Stromgren Og Olsen, Cornelius Knudsen, Kobenhavn, No. 559, circa 1915. Fine and rare silver lever keyless pocket chronometer, indicating both solar mean time and sideral time, as per the German patent No. 283094 dated February 25th 1914 and the Swiss patent No. 73312, dated February 16th, 1915.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets " , polished. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel with outer Arabic minute ring, sunk subsidiary dials with Roman numerals for the 12 mean time hours, Arabic chapters for the 24 sideral time hours and the seconds. Blued steel and gold hands. M. 20 "' , gilt brass, LeCoultre bar calibre with going barrel, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial. In very good condition, accompanied by photocopies of the German and Swiss patent together with the article by Hans Jendritzki and Herbert Dittrich in Klassik Uhren. Diam. 60 mm.
